Southwest does not have reserved seating and boards by groups based on how early passengers check in. "A Group" passengers board first. Southwest's policy allows 24-hour advance online check-in. APassOnly.com says it uses an automated system to schedule customers and charges $2.50, half the price of other found competitors.
“There has to be a better way!" Those were the exact words I heard from a gentleman on my Southwest flight from Los Angeles to Chicago . As you can probably imagine, he was referring to the Southwest Airlines boarding process and his lack of a treasured APass!!
Headquartered in Denver , Colorado , we have assembled a team of travel and technology professionals offering a “concierge service" to travelers and busy professionals.
